. AKINLEYE, OLUTAYO JOB [HND, MMP, FCA, ACTI, CFAN]
Tayo Akinleye is a 2001 Accountancy graduate of Accountancy from The Polytechnic, Ibadan and also obtained his Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology from Nigeria’s Premier University, University of Ibadan in 2010.
Mr. Akinleye is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an associate member of :
- Chartered Institute Taxation of Nigeria.
- He is also a Certified Forensic Accountant by ICAN.
Olutayo started his professional training with accounting firm of Femi Ajijala & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in Benin-City, Edo State and later joined the firm of Gbenga Badejo and Co. (Chartered Accountants) Lagos, for further exposure and career development.
He had previously worked as an Account Assistant in Conpole Nigeria Limited, Ibadan in 1998.
Olutayo had also worked as Conference Accountant of Oyo West Baptist Conference Secretariat and later as Pioneer Finance and Administrative Officer of Ikoyi Baptist Church, Ikoyi-Lagos, where he was exposed to Non-profit accounting for years. His main achievement was the preparation of 2002-2013 Audited Accounts for the Ikoyi Baptist church where he handled both PKF and Baker Tilly firm of Chartered Accountants simultaneously to produce 11years audited accounts for the Church!
Olutayo was also an Audit/Tax Manager for accounting firm of Oluokun Adeyemi & Co from 2011 until he started his professional firm Akinleye Olutayo & Co.
Olutayo has verse experiences spanning over fifteen years in Auditing, Accountancy, Taxation, Mortgage/Retail banking and Internal Control/Compliance services.
He had set up accounting system and internal control procedures for small and medium size organizations and has led audit team on assignments for manufacturing and non-manufacturing companies, computation of company tax liabilities and establishment of accounting and internal control procedures for clients.
Our Managing Partner is a member of ICAN Ikeja District Society.
. OGUNWOLE, OLATUNDE JOSHUA [HND, B.Sc., M.Sc, FCA, ACTI, ACIB]
Tunde Ogunwole is a seasoned professional in the finance industry, a graduate of Accountancy and Banking/Finance from The Polytechnic, Ibadan and Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye respectively. He also received his Masters in Finance from University of Lagos among other professional qualifications.
He started his career with Dele Adeyemo, Fadipe & Co.(Chartered Accountants) as an Audit Supervisor and later moved to Intercontinental Securities Ltd as Team member of Financial Control and Reporting and later Head Central Operations.
Tunde moved to BGL Plc as Head, Group Internal Control/Risk Management and left for Union Bank Plc as Head, Accounting Standard in Internal Control and Operational Risk Management.
He later joined Deltatek Engineering Limited as Manager, Finance/Accounts Department. Tunde is also a tutor at ADRAC Business School and many ICAN,CIBN and ACCA lecture centres.
He is currently a Partner with the firm.
. SULAIMAN, EYITAYO QUAZEEM [MBA (Finance), FCA]
Tayo Sulaiman is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and holds MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University,Ile-Ife. He also holds a certificate in Database Management Systems & Information Technology from Federal University of Technology, Yola, Adamawa State.
Mr. Sulaiman started his career as a Trainee with Soji Adewusi & Co.(Chartered Accountants) and moved to GBC Consulting Limited as a Consultant.
He later joined Brunnel Energy Nigeria Ltd as Accountant and from there to Alan Dick & Company (West Africa) Ltd as Finance Manager. He joined Starcomms Plc as Associate Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis Unit and later joined Helios Towers Nigeria Limited as Finance Manager, Operations.
Eyitayo join the firm as Partner, his areas of specialization include Auditing, Investigation, Financial and Tax Consultancy
. MRS. FATUNLA, TAIYE MOYOSOLUWA [B.Sc. (Accounting), MBA (Finance), ACA]
Taiye is a graduate of University of Ilorin and Ladoke Akintola University Ogbomosho where she studied Accounting and obtained her MBA with specialisation in Finance respectively.
She started her career with Asab Pharmaceutical Nigeria Limited in Kaduna from where she joined Baker Tilly Nigeria (Chartered Accountants) in 2008 and rose to position of an Audit Senior .
She became an associate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 2009 and later worked as Resident Internal Control Officer (RICO) with FBN Microfinance Bank Ltd.
Taye has over a decade experience professionally and has handled audit assignments of numerous organizations and prepared audited accounts for same.

Kazeem is a year 2000 Accountancy Graduate from The Polytechnic, Ibadan and associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Mr. Ayinde has working experience of over 15 years both in private and public sector. He has worked in the Internal Audit Dept of Arik Airline among other.
He is the Audit/Tax Manager of the firm.
. AJALA, OLASOJI ISHOLA [HND (Accountancy), ACA]
Olasoji is an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has a combined banking experience of over 12 years in both Ogbomosho Community bank, Takie-Ogbomosho and former Afribank Plc now Mainstreet Bank Plc which he left as a Senior Management staff in 2010.
Olusoji is a 1999 graduate of Accountancy from The Polytechnic Ibadan and had attended trainings both within and outside the shores of Nigeria.

Ifeoluwa is a first – class graduate in Accounting from Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State.
Ife started his professional career with Victory Steps Ventures and later Moniya Microfinance Bank Limited. He later joined UBA Capital Plc as a member of the Finance Team and later Audit Team.
. EJIDIRAN PETER EJILOWO [B.Sc. Accounting/Management]
Peter holds National Diploma (Upper Credit) from The Polytechnic, Ibadan and also graduated with Second Class (Upper) from Obafemi Awolowo University. Peter has worked with MTN communications, a multinational firm as a Finance/Audit staff and currently a professional student of ICAN.
. ADEDIRAN, OLUWAYINKA JOSEPH[AAT, HND (Accountancy)]
Olayinka is a 2002 Accountancy graduate of The Polytechnic, Ibadan.
He also holds a Diploma in Accounting & Financial Computing from University of Ibadan Computer Training School.
He qualified as Accounting Technician in 1997 and has many years of practical accounting experience.
Olayinka had worked previously with Aloba, Awomolo & Co. (Chartered Accountants) where he has led audit of many companies in virtually all sectors of economy namely Financial Institutions, Investment Companies, Manufacturing and Trading Companies, Not-For-Profit Organisations, Construction Companies and World Bank Projects etc among others.
Yinka has almost two decades experience having worked as Finance Manager/Officer in the following companies at various time namely, O’La-Kleen Holdings Limited, Multinational Logistics & Allied Services Limited, Kiss Events Managers Limited, Albencon Nigeria Limited and Skyes Freiheit Limited.
