AKINLEYE, OLUTAYO JOB, HND, MMP, FCA, FCTI, CFAN
- Tayo Akinleye is a 2001 graduate of Accountancy from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, and also obtained his Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology from Nigeria’s Premier University, the University of Ibadan in 2010.
- Mr. Akinleye is a fellow of both The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and The Chartered Institute Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and also holds the practicing licenses of both foremost professional bodies in Nigeria.
- He is also a Certified Forensic Accountant by ICAN.
- Olutayo started his professional training with the accounting firm of Femi Ajijala & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in Benin-City, Edo State, and later joined the firm of Gbenga Badejo and Co. (Chartered Accountants) Lagos, for further exposure and career development.
- He had previously worked as an Account Assistant in Conpole Nigeria Limited, Ibadan in 1998.
- Olutayo had also worked as Conference Accountant of Oyo West Baptist Conference Secretariat and later as Pioneer Finance and Administrative Officer of Ikoyi Baptist Church, Ikoyi-Lagos, where he was exposed to Not-for-profit accounting for years. His main achievement was the preparation of 2002-2013 audited accounts for the Ikoyi Baptist church where he handled both PKF and Baker Tilly firm of Chartered Accountants simultaneously to produce 11 years of audited accounts for the Church!
- Olutayo was also an Audit/Tax Manager for the accounting firm of Oluokun Adeyemi & Co from 2011 until he started his professional firm Akinleye Olutayo & Co.
- Olutayo has verse experiences spanning over two decades in Statutory Audit, Assurance Services, Accountancy, Taxation, Mortgage/Retail Banking, Special Investigation, and Internal Control/Compliance services.
- He had set up accounting systems and internal control procedures for many small and medium size organizations and has led audit team on assignments for manufacturing and nonmanufacturing companies, computation of company tax liabilities, and established accounting and internal control procedures for clients.
- Our Managing Partner is a member of ICAN and CITN Ikeja District Societies.
OGUNWOLE, OLATUNDE JOSHUA HND, B.Sc., M.Sc., FCA, ACTI, ACIB, ACIS, CRISC, CertIFR (ACCA)
Tunde Ogunwole is a seasoned professional in the finance industry, a graduate of Accountancy and Banking/Finance from The Polytechnic, Ibadan and Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye respectively.
He also had his Masters in Finance from the University of Lagos among other professional qualifications.
He started his career with Dele Adeyemo, Fadipe & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as an Audit Supervisor and later moved to Intercontinental Securities Ltd as a Team member of Financial Control and Reporting and later Head of Central Operations.
Tunde moved to BGL Plc as Group Internal Control/Risk Management and left for Union Bank Plc as Head, Accounting Standard in Internal Control and Operational Risk Management. He later joined Deltatek Engineering Limited as Manager, Finance/Accounts Department.
Tunde is also a tutor at ADRAC Business School and many ICAN, CIBN, and ACCA lecture centers. He is currently a Partner with the firm.
MRS. FATUNLA, TAIYE MOYOSOLUWA, B.Sc. (Accounting), MBA (Finance), FCA
Taiye is a graduate of the University of Ilorin and Ladoke Akintola University Ogbomosho where she studied Accounting and earned her MBA with specialization in Finance respectively.
She started her career with Asab Pharmaceutical Nigeria Limited in Kaduna from where she joined Baker Tilly Nigeria (Chartered Accountants) in 2008 and rose to the position of Audit Senior.
She became an associate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 2009 and later worked as Resident Internal Control Officer (RICO) with FBN Microfinance Bank Ltd.
Taye has had over a decade of experience professionally and has handled audit assignments of numerous organizations and prepared audited accounts for the same.
AYINDE KAZEEM, HND (Accountancy.), FCA
Kazeem is a highly resourceful 2001 graduate of The Polytechnic, Ibadan, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and with over 15 years of wealth of experience to his credit.
Kazeem’s work experience covers; Accounting, Audit, Payroll Administration & Management, Internal Audit Control, etc in the Aviation, Banking Industries, and professional practice.
At various times, he worked at Zenith Bank (Operations Officer 2004-2005); Bureau Veritas Nigeria Limited (Accounts Officer -2005-2007); Arik Air (Revenue Officer- 2011-2012); Ariyo Fatai & Co -Chartered Accountants (Audit Senior- 2012-2015); Akinleye Olutayo & Co- Chartered Accountants (2016-). He had distinguished himself by rendering value-adding services to clients in various industries.
He is highly experienced in the private and public sectors and has been instrumental in the growth of the firm. He is currently the Partner, of Audit Services at the firm.
EYITAYO SULAIMAN, MBA(Ife), ACTI, FCA
Eyitayo Sulaiman is a Chartered Accountant, Tax practitioner & Business Advisor (Over 26 years of experience). Eyitayo’s career as a Finance professional covers the Product, Service, Manufacturing, and Telecommunications industries amongst others. He has handled and performed well in various roles/capacities amongst which are;
